Ms ARMITAGE question to LEADER for the GOVERNMENT in the LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL, Ms RATTRAY

(1)     How many Tasmanian acts have been passed and received Royal Assent are, wholly or partially, yet to be proclaimed, aside from those that are under the purview of the Department of Justice; and

 

(a)     Can a list of these acts be provided; and

 

(b)     For any acts that are partially proclaimed, can the sections which are yet to be proclaimed also be provided?

 

ANSWER

 

(1)     There are 17 acts that have been passed and received Royal Assent that are, wholly or partially yet to be proclaimed, excluding those under the purview of the Department of Justice.

 

(2)     Yes, and there's a list of attachments. Again, I seek leave to have the table, as it appears on the Notice Paper incorporated into Hansard.
