[4.19 p.m.] Ms ARMITAGE (Launceston) - Mr President, I thank the Leader for the briefings today. The department has clarified the concerns raised by the other presenters this morning. The spirit of this legislation is to get people working together in good faith to mutually beneficial ends. The principles of this bill are to, as best as possible, assist our small and medium enterprises operating in leased premises, with the overall objective being to reignite economic activity to feed back into expenses and overheads.
